Job Title: Support Worker

Salary:  £13.50 per hour

Job Description: Come and join our friendly, fun and caring team of support workers. We have three packages that we support in the Clacton, Kirby and Frinton area. Working on a 2:1 and 1:1 basis, with a deputy manager available 24/7 to fully support you, you will find working for us not only rewarding but enjoyable!

 

 

 The main attributes needed to be successful:

  • Kindness, honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility and a passion to make a difference
  • We are offering mainly full time hours, however part time hours would be considered for the right candidates. The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

 Experience in trauma informed care is advantageous however full training will be provided.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with complex needs
  • Strong supervisory skills with a focus on leadership
  • Knowledge of care plans and implementing them effectively
  • Experience with Trauma informed care
  • Certification in relevant healthcare fields is a plus
