Services
At B Independent Support, we provide support and resources to people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, autism, and older individuals. Our range of services can meet the needs; whether it’s through supported living, community support or homecare with personalised assistance. We understand the importance of ensuring comfort and safety for those in need and are committed to doing whatever it takes to make life easier. Our friendly staff strive to provide an environment where individuals can grow and thrive as they find different ways of meeting their needs.
Coverage
We work with Essex and Suffolk local authorities as well as delivering privately funded support.
Temporary Staffing Provision
We have a large bank of excellent, trained relief care staff that we hire out to other care providers. Each of our applicants go through at least 20 rigorous recruitment checks and are trained in the Care Certificate as a minimum. That means that only care staff of the highest calibre join our temporary staffing bank.

Individual Service Funds
B Independent Support specialises in Individual Service Funds (ISFs). This is a way for people to choose their support provider without having to manage a direct payment. We manage the funding so that the person supported can choose how they receive their support. Support hours are flexible and can be saved or borrowed. The funding can be used for something other than support as long as it benefits the person’s wellbeing e.g. a personal trainer.
Recruitment and Vetting
Our B Independent dedicated recruitment team ensure that people are well vetted, suited to the role, person supported and meet our value base expectations. We are passionate about staff development and enrol staff on to bespoke training to meet the needs of the people they support.
24-Hour Availability
No matter what time of the day, week or year you need assistance, our client managers are always on-call to deal with any problem you may be faced with.
