ABOUT US

B Independent Support was founded by Brenda McLoughlin and Richard McDonnell who have worked together in
the past for a large social care provider. Brenda and Richard had a vision of providing truly person-centered support to people who need it. They believe people’s support needs should be at the heart of everything they do. 

 

They share a core belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and have their dignity and
human rights protected. Support staff at B Independent go through a rigorous recruitment and training process to ensure that teams are knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate.

Our Mission

The B Independent Support mission is to provide person centred care and support, We aim for excellence, act with integrity and support people to live better lives.

 

We want everyone to lead a fulfilled life, be happy, healthy and as independent as they can be. Our support is community-based. That means we support people in their own homes and out in the community, encouraging people to be active citizens in the locality they live in.

 

We are dedicated to providing person-centered active support that ensures every single person has support that is bespoke to their needs.

We recognise that each individual will have their own challenges. 

We are passionate about helping people to overcome obstacles in their lives and to build confidence.

Our Service Standards
